Waterfront Accommodation in Alert Bay, B.C. - home of the Orca

Framed by tall cedar and fir trees and overlooking Johnstone Strait, you'll find our rustic inn at 549 Fir Street, two kilometers east of the BC Ferry terminal.

Alert Bay Lodge was originally the United Church for Alert Bay. This legacy is reflected in the high arched cedar beams that frame the expansive common room and the former pulpit which now serves as our library. Here, you'll be able to connect with fellow guests, relax by the fire or peruse our local attraction desk. Amenities include a south facing sundeck, a woodstove, comfy furntiture and wireless Internet access.

The Lodge offers five rooms including two rooms designed to accommodate families. One family room is pet friendly and has its own entry. Our bed and breakfast services include a healthy hot breakfast. Lunch and dinner are available by request. This fall we are featuring our "Alert Bay Get-Away" for $69 per person.
